Coming soon: The total HR solution, CSI Africa Client Portal, and the SAPFED Polygraph Seminar

It’s been a while since we last posted – we’ve been working hard behind the scenes developing a new product to take the hassle out of employee records management, and improving the way we interact with you, our valued client.

So, without further ado…

myScreening has gone Desktop

myScreening Desktop has been designed as a total HR solution. The secure desktop application makes it easy to run various employee checks, such as identity verification, credit checks, and bank account verification, to name a few. Most results are available within minutes, with only a few checks taking between 4 and 48 hours to complete. (These include driver’s license checks, matric certificate verification, and criminal record checks.)

All employee information and documentation is securely stored within the myScreening Desktop application. Simply enter the ID number of the employee whose details you wish to access, and you have direct access to all relevant information. This simplifies complex staff management processes and transfers since all relevant information is immediately accessible.

myScreening Desktop background checks:

  • Consumer trace
  • ITC credit checks
  • Criminal record check
  • Matric verification
  • ID verification
  • Driver’s license verification
  • Public driving permit (PDP) verification
  • Bank account verification

Benefits of myScreening Desktop

  • Improved security
  • Get your results faster
  • One-time fingerprint and photo submission
  • Centralised vault for documents, fingerprints, and photos

Another great perk of myScreening Desktop is that it allows you to capture screening information in offline mode. This means if you’re in Put Sonder Water without an internet connection, you can still create screening requests. Your checks will run automatically as soon as you’re online again.

    1. No Tshiamo – you are not suppose to have one – but there is a possibility that the system was not updated with the withdrawn information and that your status might still say “pending” The only way to find out is to submit your fingerprints – we can assist you with that – please contact our office – info@csinvestigate.co.za to make further arrangements.
