Credit Card Payments

All credit card payments are processed and authorised immediately through our secure online payment gateway, provided that the payment information supplied is accurate and complete.

CSI Africa is not responsible for any fraudulent use of credit cards or unauthorised transactions processed through the payment gateway.

Please note that payment processing fees or surcharges may apply to credit card transactions. These charges are determined by the payment service provider and will be reflected in the total amount payable.

Secure Internet Deposit Payments

Where available, Secure Internet Deposit payments are authorised immediately through our secure online payment gateway, provided that all banking details are correctly captured.

CSI Africa accepts no responsibility for the fraudulent use of internet banking credentials, including usernames, passwords, PINs, or other access codes.

Payment processing fees or surcharges may apply to Secure Internet Deposit transactions. These charges are determined by the payment service provider and may increase the total amount payable.

Cancellation and Refunds

Once a Background Screening order has been submitted and payment has been successfully processed, the order is deemed to constitute authorisation for CSI Africa to commence the verification process immediately.

As background screening services are initiated upon receipt of a paid order, cancellations, refunds, credits, or amendments cannot be accommodated once payment has been received and processing has commenced.

Customers are therefore encouraged to carefully review all information before submitting and paying for an order.

CSI Africa reserves the right to assess exceptional refund requests at its sole discretion where required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
